Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Iomart (AIM:IOM), the secure cloud services company, announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report & Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, as well as the notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices at 3rd Floor, 11-21 Paul Street, London EC2A 4JU on 25 September 2026 at 9.30 a.m.
Shareholders intending to exercise their votes by way of proxy, electronically or by post, are encouraged to do so as soon as possible, and these must be received by no later than 9.30 am on Wednesday 23 September 2026.
