Iofina received notification today that, following the acquisition of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), on 10 December 2009, BT Pension Scheme Trustees Limited, acting as trustee of the BT Pension Scheme, is now interested in 3,234,170 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.09 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
