Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM: IES), a global leader in vanadium flow battery technology, announces that it has issued 95,984 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each pursuant to the exercise of employee share options. The shares were issued in July 2026 under the Company's existing blocklisting entitlement.

 

The issued ordinary share capital of the Company now comprises 569,484,069 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each with one vote per share. This figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
