INVESTEC LIMITED PURCHASE OF INVESTEC PLC ORDINARY SHARES AND REPURCHASE OF INVESTEC LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES  

Further to the share purchase and share buyback programme commencement announcement on 20 August 2025 ("The Programme"), the following purchases were made:  

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - JSE  

The Company announces today that it has purchased the following number of Investec plc ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                     20,300

Lowest price paid per share                                                       R131.7100

Highest price paid per share                                                      R134.5600

Average price paid per share                                                     R132.7926

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial statements of the Investec Group.   

​Since the 20^th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 5,790,084 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of R753,500,355.   

Investec Limited repurchases of Investec Limited ordinary shares - JSE  

The Company announces today that it has purchased the following number of Investec Limited ordinary shares of R0.0002 each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

Lowest price paid per share                                                       R130.4800

Highest price paid per share                                                      R133.8500

Average price paid per share                                                     R131.6009

​The repurchased Investec Limited shares will be cancelled and reinstated as authorised but unissued shares in the share capital of Investec Limited.  

Since the 20^th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 4,660,807 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of R602,946,092.
