NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, the Company announces that the following documents have today been published, posted to shareholders and submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism:

· Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM Notice'); and

· Proxy Form for the 2026 Annual General Meeting (the 'Proxy').

The AGM Notice is now available on our website at www.intertek.com/investors/agm-26. The AGM Notice and Proxy will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The 2026 Annual General Meeting is due to be held on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 at 11.00 a.m. in the Marlborough Theatre, No. 11 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0AN.
