NOTICE OF HALF-YEAR RESULTS

26 August 2026

International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP', or the 'Company'), the FTSE 250-listed investment company which invests in global infrastructure assets and businesses, will announce its results for the six months to 30 June 2026 on Thursday 10 September 2026.

Analyst and institutional investor presentation

There will be a live online presentation of the results at 9.30 am BST on Thursday 10 September 2026.

Analysts and institutional investors wishing to join the presentation will need to register their details by contacting FTI Consulting at [e-mail].  

The presentation is not open to the media or their third-party representatives.

Retail investor presentation

There will also be a live presentation for retail investors which will be hosted via the Investor Meet Company platform at 4.00 pm BST on Thursday 10 September 2026.

The presentation will be open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard, up until 8.00 am BST on the day before the meeting. Questions can be submitted at any time during the live presentation.
