In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R the Company hereby notifies the market that as at 28 February 2026:

the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 224,610,034 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares");

the Company held 4,763,374 Ordinary Shares in Treasury; and

the total number of voting rights in the Company was therefore 219,846,660.

The above figure, 219,846,660, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
