On 12 May 2026, International Paper Company (NYSE: IP; LSE: IPC) announced its intention to pay a dividend of $0.4625 per share for the period from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 30 2026, inclusive, on the common stock, par value $1.00 of the Company. The dividend will be paid on 12 June 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on 22 May 2026.

The Company also announced its intention to pay a dividend of $1.00 per share for the period from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026, inclusive, on the cumulative $4.00 preferred stock of the Company, payable on 12 June 2026, to holders of record at the close of business on 22 May 2026.
