Non-Executive Director Board Update

InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (IHG) announces that Non-Executive Director Sir Ron Kalifa has taken the decision to step down from the Board of IHG to pursue other commitments.

Sir Ron has served on the Board since January 2024 and is a member of IHG's Audit and Remuneration Committees. He will step down from the Board on 7 May 2026, following the Annual General Meeting.
