IntelliAM AI plc (AQSE: INT), the industrial software company applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve the productivity, reliability and sustainability of manufacturing operations, is pleased to announce the further expansion of its relationship with Mars UK.

The latest contract order extends IntelliAM's work across Mars UK to a total of six sites. IntelliAM now provides services to the following Mars operations:

·      Mars Chocolate;

·      Mars Horsecare;

·      Mars Care & Treats, part of Mars Petcare;

·      the Waltham Petcare Science Institute;

·      Wrigley.

The engagement covers the provision of IntelliAM's specialist asset-management and reliability services, together with the deployment of the Company's IntelliAM Layer 1 software across UK operations.

Following the latest order, the total value of Mars UK orders currently secured by IntelliAM is approximately £425,000, of which nearly 50% represents annual recurring revenue. Of the total, approximately £334,000 is expected to be recognised as revenue during the current financial year, subject to the timing and delivery of the contracted work.

These figures represent the minimum level of contracted work currently secured and do not include any additional orders that may be placed during the remainder of the financial year.

Tom Clayton, Chief Executive Officer of IntelliAM, commented:

"The expansion of our relationship with Mars UK to a sixth site demonstrates the value that our combination of engineering expertise, asset-management services and industrial software is delivering across a diverse range of manufacturing operations.

"Mars operates some of the best-known consumer and petcare brands in the world, and we are delighted that Wrigley has now joined the growing number of Mars UK sites using IntelliAM's capabilities.

"With these orders now secured, including £334,000 expected to be recognised in the current financial year, this relationship provides a strong foundation from which to secure further work and expand the deployment of our IntelliAM Layer 1 software."
