Change of registered office

IntegraFin Holdings plc ("IHP" or the "Group") confirms that it will change its registered office from 29 Clement's Lane, London, EC4N 7AE to 4th floor, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7AD with effect from 8 September 2025.

After spending 12 years at its previous address on Clement's Lane, the Group has relocated its 500-strong London team to 4th Floor, 2 Gresham Street, a short walk from St Paul's. The new facilities will foster a more modern, collaborative working environment driving forward the Group's market-leading Transact platform. The move will also enhance the Group's sustainability efforts, with the new building rated BREEAM Excellent, reinforcing the Group's ongoing commitment to its environmental strategy.  

This year the Group celebrated the Transact platform's 25th anniversary, whilst also achieving over £69.5bn of Funds Under Direction and over 244k clients. Looking forward, the move to a new office at 2 Gresham Street will enable the Group to deliver on its strategic initiatives of platform growth, Group-wide cost efficiencies and growing operating returns.
