Highlights

• Revenues of £22.0 million (H1 FY26: £24.0 million), with strong underlying growth across key product areas

• SLE product revenues of £12.7 million which, excluding the impact of one-off export contracts in the prior year represented underlying growth of 38% in this key division

• Airon revenues increased by 40% to £1.6 million (H1 FY26: £1.1 million)

• MedTech distribution revenues increased by 7% to £7.6 million (H1 FY26: £7.1 million)

• Net debt (excluding IFRS 16 lease liabilities) remained broadly stable at £5.2 million at 31 July 2026 (31 January 2026: £5.1 million)

Revenue for the period was £22.0 million (H1 FY26: £24.0 million) with the prior period benefitting from significant one-off contract revenues of £6.5 million. Against this backdrop, the Group delivered strong underlying growth primarily led by its SLE product portfolio.

Excluding one-off revenues from the prior year, SLE product revenues increased to £12.7 million which represents an increase of 38% over H1 FY26, demonstrating continued demand for the Group's core neonatal intensive care products and further progress towards the strategy to double SLE revenues. Airon also performed strongly in the period, with revenues growing by 40% to £1.6 million following the initial order under the three-year purchasing agreement with a large US healthcare provider.

The Group's MedTech distribution business delivered revenue growth of 7% in the period. As announced on 2 June 2026, the Company is transitioning the distribution of infusion products back to Micrel, with the existing distribution agreement ending on 31 January 2027, enabling the Group to increase focus on its core neonatal business.

Raffi Stepanian, CEO of Inspiration Healthcare Group plc commented: "We are very encouraged by the underlying performance delivered in the first half, which demonstrates the continued progress we are making in building a more sustainable and resilient growth platform. Strong growth in our core SLE portfolio, together with good performances from Airon and MedTech distribution, reflects continued demand for our products and the strength of our position in neonatal intensive care.

"We enter the second half of the year with confidence, a strong orderbook and pipeline of opportunities and expect to close the financial year slightly ahead of market expectations. Our priorities in this period are to convert that pipeline, deliver sustainable profitable growth and continue strengthening the Group's financial position. We believe the progress we are making provides a solid platform for further growth and the creation of long-term shareholder value."

The Company will announce further details of its interim results for the six months ended 31 July 2026 in due course.
