AGM statement

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company, pioneering specialist neonatal intensive care medical devices, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 12:00 p.m. today, Chair Roy Davis will make the following statement.

"FY26 was a year of significant progress for Inspiration Healthcare. The Group has successfully moved from a period of stabilisation into a phase focused on growth execution, with a clear strategy centred on strengthening our core neonatal business, expanding internationally and improving operational performance.

"Our full year results, which we released in June, demonstrate the significant progress made during the year. Group revenue increased by 24% to £47.5 million, gross profit grew by 27% to £20.8 million and adjusted EBITDA improved to £2.8 million. We also delivered a strong improvement in cash generation, with operating cash inflows of £7.5 million and a 39% reduction in net debt, reflecting the Board's continued focus on operational discipline and working capital management.

"A key highlight was the performance of our SLE business, which delivered strong growth supported by major international export orders, including our largest ever order from a global humanitarian aid organisation. Beyond these exceptional contracts, the rest of the division continues to show positive momentum with 10% underlying growth in FY26, and this momentum has been carried into the new financial year supported by an improving pipeline of opportunities.

"During the year, the Group continued to invest in our future, strengthening our international commercial capabilities, progressing new product development and enhancing our operational capabilities and sustainability credentials. These actions are building a stronger platform for long term growth.

"Following the year end, we announced the transfer of our infusion business to Micrel Medical Devices. This transition allows Inspiration Healthcare to become a more focused neonatal medtech business, enabling management to concentrate resources on the markets and technologies where we have the greatest opportunities for growth and value creation.

"Momentum in the core business has continued into FY27 and the Board is encouraged by trading for the first part of the year. Our order book, opportunity pipeline and strengthened operational foundations provide us with confidence in the Group's future prospects."

The Group plans to issue a trading update covering the six month period to 31 July in early September.
