Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

INSPECS Group plc, a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of eyewear (sunglasses, optical frames and low vision products), is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Brodie as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Robert is expected to join the Group in Autumn 2026 and will join the Board as an Executive Director, succeeding Chris Kay. Chris will remain with the Group on a consultancy basis to support an orderly transition.

Robert is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) with more than 20 years' finance leadership experience across manufacturing and product-focused businesses.

He joins from City Energy Network, where he served as CFO. Prior to this, he was CFO of Steripack Group, an international designer and manufacturer of medical and pharmaceutical products. Earlier in his career, Robert was CFO of Direct Healthcare Group and held a number of senior finance roles with Crown Cork & Seal. He began his career with Ernst & Young.

Robert brings significant experience of finance leadership, business integration, M&A, and international operations.

-     Consumer Energy Solutions Limited entered into administration on 09 January 2026

-     Advance Energy Services Ltd entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 10 March 2026

-     CEN Holdco Limited entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 10 March 2026

-     City Training Group Ltd entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 10 March 2026

-     Dragon 2023 Midco Limited entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 10 March 2026

-     Diversity Network Holdings Ltd entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 10 March 2026

-     Dragon 2023 Topco Limited entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 17 March 2026

There are no further matters that require disclosure in accordance with rule 17 of, and paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to, the AIM Rules.
