The Board of Ingenta plc have been advised by Fidelity International Limited and
it's direct & indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C Johnson 3rd, that due to the
Company's recent rights issue and the subsequent increase in the Ordinary share
capital, Fidelity now have a notifiable interest in a total of 3,687,701
ordinary shares which represents 3.57% of the Company's issued share capital.
