Director/PDMR Shareholding

London: Informa, the UK listed international leader in B2B Live Events (the ‘Company’), today announces the following share purchases by Directors of the Company. This follows the announcements on 6 October 2026 that Informa intends to separate its Academic Publishing business, Taylor & Francis, and further expand in B2B Live Events through the £2.24bn acquisition of Clarion.  

To part-fund the acquisition of Clarion, Informa undertook a Share Placing and Retail Offer, raising approximately £940m gross proceeds through the issue of 109m New Ordinary Shares at 860p per share. As part of the Placing, eligible Directors and the Executive Management Team subscribed for an aggregate of 183,425 of New Ordinary Shares.

The Subscriptions of the Directors (PDMRs) are detailed below. The relevant New Ordinary Shares were issued at the same price as the New Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Placing and the Retail Offer.

Settlement of the subscriptions referred to below and trading in the Subscription Shares on the London Stock Exchange commenced at 8.00 a.m. BST on 8 October 2026.
