DRIP Election Deadline.

Further to the announcement on 24 September 2026 of the Company's inaugural interim dividend, the Board is notifying shareholders that the cut-off for the receipt of valid Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") election forms is 5:00 p.m. on 9 October 2026.

To participate in the India Capital Growth Fund Limited Dividend Reinvestment Plan with the opportunity to use your cash dividend to buy new Shares through a special dealing arrangement (Plan) arranged by the Company and its Broker, on an execution only basis, you must submit a form of election to the Registrar.
