Notice Regarding Limited Liability Agreement with Statutory Auditor

 

The Issuer hereby notifies the Noteholders that it has entered into a limited liability agreement ("LLA") in accordance with section 534 of the Companies Act 2006 with its statutory auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC"), concerning the audit of the [Issuer's] financial statements for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.

 

The LLA forms part of PwC's updated audit terms being adopted across its UK audit engagements. The Board of Directors of the Issuer has reviewed and approved the LLA and considers its terms to be fair and reasonable in all the circumstances.

 

The auditor has indicated that a new LLA will be required for each audit of financial statements. Therefore, this announcement also applies for the future financial years of the Issuer.

 

This notice is for information purposes only.
