The Company announces that, during the period from 29 June 2026 to 3 July 2026 (both inclusive) it has, purchased a total of 570,421 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through UBS AG London Branch ("UBS") as detailed below:

Since 3 March 2026, the Company has purchased 8,022,964 shares at a cost of £64,458,533.86.
