The Company announces that on 03 February 2026 it has purchased a total of 146,776 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through Jefferies International Limited as detailed below:

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 359,524,911 ordinary shares.

 

Since 4 March 2025, the Company has purchased 34,370,108 shares at a cost of £238,915,984.22.
