In accordance with the terms of her appointment the Company's new Chief People & Culture Officer, Alison Clarke, was granted, on 19 November 2020, an award (Award) under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).

The Award has been granted over 63,348 shares, which has been set by reference to the mid-market closing price of the Company's shares on 18 November 2020.

In accordance with her terms of appointment, the performance criteria will be the same as those used for the Company's LTIPs granted in February 2020 to other participants and described in detail in the announcement dated 18 February 2020.
