In compliance with UKLR 6.4.9R of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules, Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that Sue Clark, Senior Independent Director of the Company, is to be appointed as an independent non-executive director of Hill & Smith PLC ("Hill & Smith"), the leading provider of solutions that enhance the resilience of vital infrastructure and the built environment, with effect from 2 October 2026. It is proposed that Sue will assume the role of senior independent director of Hill & Smith on 1 January 2027.

There have been no changes to the information set out in UKLR 6.4.8R (2) to UKLR 6.4.8R (6).
