Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts 2025. In addition, the Company announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 has been sent to shareholders. The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel, College Green, Bristol BS1 5TA, on Wednesday 28 January 2026 at 9.30am.
