This correction relates to the percentage of the total votes cast which was previously based on the total issued share capital (including shares held in Treasury).

Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Requisitioned General Meeting ("RGM") today.

Ordinary resolutions 1, 3, 9 and 10 put forward at the AGM have been passed by shareholders. Ordinary resolution 2 to approve the Directors' Annual Remuneration report, resolutions 4 to 8 relating to the re-election of the board of Directors, and resolution 11 relating to the authority to issue shares did not pass. Special resolution 12 relating to the disapplication of pre-emption rights on the issue of new shares and special resolution 13 in relation to the Company's authority to make market purchases of its own shares were not passed by shareholders.

Following the outcome of the AGM in respect of the re-appointment of the Directors, all the Directors were deemed to have been re-appointed in accordance with the procedure set out in the Articles of Association for the purposes of conducting the RGM.

All resolutions 1 to 9 put forward at the RGM in respect of the removal of the Directors and the appointment of new Directors have been passed by shareholders. Accordingly, the board of Directors of the Company with effect from the end of the RGM are Caroline Bault, Steven Grey, Jason Chen and Aaron Morris.

All of the resolutions put forward at the AGM and RGM were voted on by way of a poll. Details of the number of votes cast for, against and withheld in respect of the resolutions are set out below and will be available shortly on the Company's website at https://www.iemplc.co.uk/documents/.
