Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Directors of Impax Asset Management Group plc ("Impax" or the "Company") announce that copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025, including notice of the Company's AGM, have been posted to those shareholders that have requested hard copies.

Electronic versions of the Annual Report and Accounts, Circular and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.impaxam.com.

The Company's AGM will be held in person at Impax's offices, 7th floor, 30 Panton Street, London SW1Y 4AJ at 3.00pm on 5 March 2026.
