IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces that from 1 June 2026 to 5 June 2026, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 1 April 2026, as announced on 1 April 2026:
