NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathleen DeRose as an independent Non-Executive Director of Jenkins Topco plc (to be renamed IG Group Holdings plc) ("IG Jersey"), the new Jersey incorporated holding company, which, subject to the scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme") becoming effective, will become the ultimate parent company of the IG Group.

The appointment of Kathleen DeRose was approved by the board of IG Jersey on 29 October 2026 and will take effect on the date on which the Scheme becomes effective. With effect from the same date, she will join the Group Risk Committee of IG Jersey.

Kathleen was most recently a Clinical Associate Professor at NYU Stern School of Business, where she directed the Fubon Center for Technology, Business & Innovation's Fintech Initiative. She brings over 25 years' experience in international asset management, including senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Asset Management and Scudder, Stevens & Clark. Kathleen currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of London Stock Exchange Group plc, where she chairs the Risk Committee, and holds board and committee roles at Voya Financial Inc. and Experian plc. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Taxwell and Chair of Apron Payments Ltd and previously served on the board of Enfusion Inc. until its sale to Clearwater Analytics in 2025.
