The Company intends to cancel the purchased Ordinary Shares. Following cancellation, the Company will have 91,688,856 Ordinary Shares in issue.
Following cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 91,688,856. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 as it is applied in the UK (the Market Abuse Regulation), a breakdown of trades made by Canaccord Genuity Limited on the above mentioned date on behalf of the Company as part of the Programme on both an aggregate and individual trade basis is set out below:
