IG Design Group plc, a leading designer, innovator and manufacturer across various celebration and creative categories), announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme (the "Share Buyback Programme") announced on 16 June 2026, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Canaccord Genuity Limited for the period from 20 July - 24 July 2026.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased Ordinary Shares. Following cancellation, the Company will have 95,240,142 Ordinary Shares in issue.

Following cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 95,240,142. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
