*As at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, 16 June 2026, the day on which shareholders had to be on the Company's register of members in order to be eligible to vote, the number of Ordinary Shares of no par value in issue entitling the holders to vote on all the resolutions at the AGM, was 22,506,817, and the Company did not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
