Interim Results Update

Summary by AI BETAClose X

iFOREX Financial Trading Holdings Ltd. has updated its H1 2026 Adjusted EBITDA expectations to approximately $1.4 million, down from the previously anticipated $2.4 million, due to a higher than expected client liability and associated non-cash expense, though this accounting impact has largely reversed post-period. Revenue and net cash remain unchanged, and the full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance of $0.5 million to $2.5 million is maintained as the interim adjustment has an immaterial impact on the full year. The company noted challenging trading conditions but expressed encouragement from August performance, which slightly exceeded expectations.

Interim Results Update

Update to H1 2026 EBITDA; full year expectations unchanged

The Company expects to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 ("H1 2026") on 24 September 2026 as previously stated.

In its interim results, the Company expects to report Adjusted EBITDA for H1 2026 of c.$1.4 million compared with the expectation of c.$2.4 million as set out in the H1 2026 trading update on 27 July 2026. This change follows the interim results review process and reflects a higher liability for amounts owed to clients at 30 June 2026 than previously recorded and the associated non-cash expense recognised. Post period end this accounting impact has largely reversed. Revenue and net cash as at 30 June 2026 remain unchanged and as set out in the H1 2026 trading update.

Current guidance of Adjusted EBITDA for FY 2026 remains unchanged at between $0.5 million to $2.5 million noting that the change described above has an immaterial impact on full year performance given the reversal post period end.

While trading conditions remain challenging, the Board has been encouraged by the Group's performance since the update on 19 August 2026, with the August result slightly better than anticipated.
