Temporary Suspension Lift

Further to the Company's announcement on 1 May 2026 regarding the temporary suspension of the listing and trading in the Company's ordinary shares, and following the publication of its audited Annual Report, the Company will apply to the Financial Conduct Authority for the restoration of the listing and trading of its ordinary shares.

The Board and Executive Management acknowledge the inconvenience caused and express their sincere gratitude to shareholders for their patience, continued support, and understanding throughout the suspension period. The management remain committed to the highest standards of corporate governance and regulatory compliance and believe these steps place the Group in a strong position for the future.
