Principal Subsidiary Share Split

ICFG Limited (LON: ICFG), the international financial services group, announces that InvesCore NBFI JSC ("InvesCore"), its 81.92% owned subsidiary listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange, has received approval from the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia to amend its issued securities registration to implement a ten-for-one split of its ordinary shares (the “Share Split”).

The Share Split, approved by InvesCore shareholders at its annual general meeting on 29 April 2026, will result in each existing ordinary share being subdivided into ten new ordinary shares. It will not alter shareholders’ proportionate interests in InvesCore, and therefore ICFG’s percentage ownership of InvesCore will remain unchanged.

The Share Split relates solely to shares in InvesCore on the Mongolian Stock Exchange. Trading in ICFG’s shares on the London Stock Exchange will be unaffected.
