NOTICE OF CHANGE OF VENUE FOR THE GENERAL MEETING

NEW LOCATION: 140 ALDERSGATE STREET, LONDON, EC1A 4HY

NEW TIME: 11:45am

The location of the Company's General Meeting (GM) has changed to 140 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HY, due to flooding at the original venue.

The meeting will take place on 30 March 2026 at a new time of 11.45am (previously 11.00am) at the new location stated above. All other information set out in the Notice of GM dated 12 March 2026, including the date of the meeting, and the resolutions to be considered at the GM, remain unchanged. Proxy and voting instructions relating to the original venue also remain unchanged and will be valid for the new venue.
