Hyde welcomes Arhag to the Group

 

Today (1 April 2026), further to our announcement of 4 March 2026, Arhag Housing Association has joined the Hyde Group.

 

Legal completion follows due diligence and Arhag customer consultation, and the decision by both organisations' Boards to proceed.

 

Arhag is a London-based housing association and owns and manages just under 1,000 homes. The Hyde Group is a leading provider of housing, neighbourhood, property and community services, owning or managing around 125,000 homes across the UK.

Arhag has become a subsidiary within the Hyde Group from 1 April 2026. It is expected that a Transfer of Engagements - the legal process used to transfer Arhag's assets, liabilities and responsibilities into the Hyde group structure - will take place within six months.
