31 March 2026, comprises 153,344,637 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each. Hunting PLC holds no shares in Treasury.

The figure, 153,344,637 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hunting PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Note: This announcement is made pursuant to Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1. The above figure only includes shares purchased by Hunting PLC as part of its share buy-back programme, which have been cancelled.
