ISSUANCE OF NOTES

AND ADMISSION TO TRADING

 

On 31 July 2026, HSBC Bank plc issued a further tranche of the Notes (as defined below) (the "Tranche 2 Notes") under its Notes and Warrants Programme (the "Programme"). The Tranche 2 Notes are to be consolidated with the GBP 25,000,000 Notes linked to UKSED3P Investments Limited Preference Shares Series 3528  that were issued on 3 July 2026 (the "Tranche 1 Notes" and, together with the Tranche 2 Notes, the "Notes").

 

In accordance with PRM 1.6.4R and PRM 1.6.5R of the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Handbook Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market sourcebook, HSBC Bank plc notifies the market that the Tranche 2 Notes have been admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc as follows:
