The Company is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today.

 

Trading Information

 

Following the release of the Trading Update on 28 April 2026, no new information on current trading will be given during the meeting.

 

Dividend

 

Subject to shareholder approval at today's AGM, the Company will pay a final dividend for 2025 of 16.9 pence per share, payable on 22 May 2026 to ordinary shareholders named on the register of members as at 6.30pm on 10 April 2026.

 

An interim dividend of 5.0 pence per ordinary share was paid on 21 November 2025. Therefore, if the resolution to pay the final dividend is passed, the total full-year dividend for the 52 weeks ended 27 December 2025 will be 21.9 pence per ordinary share. 

 

Half Year Results

 

The Company will release its 2026 Half Year results on 23 July 2026.
