The Company announces that on 30 March 2026 it purchased a total of 1,925 of its Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through the Company's broker Goodbody Stockbrokers UC ("Goodbody"), as detailed below. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 19 June 2025. Since the announcement of the share buyback programme, the Company has purchased a total of 4,085,827 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company.

 

Following settlement and cancellation of the above purchases, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue shall be 123,854,762 Ordinary Shares, each carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds nil Ordinary Shares in treasury.

 

The Company confirms that, following the purchases announced above, the share buyback programme has now concluded in accordance with its terms.

 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation) (also in force in the UK, from time to time, including, where relevant, pursuant to the UK's European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, a detailed breakdown of individual trades made by Goodbody on behalf of the Company as part of the buyback programme is scheduled to this announcement.
