Notice of AGM and Director Change

Zoyo Limited (LSE: Zoyo), gives notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM"). The Notice of the AGM will be mailed to shareholders of the Company in accordance with the Company's articles of association and will be also available on 28 April 2026 on the Company's website: www.zoyo.com.

The Company announces that John Treacy, Independent Non-Executive Director, will not stand for re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and will retire from the Board at its conclusion. John joined the Company during the reverse takeover process and contributed to its completion and subsequent audit. The Company thanks him for his service and looks forward to the possibility of working together in the future.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to John for his valuable contribution during the RTO process and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
