The following announcement was issued today to a Regulatory Information Service approved by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom.

HONGKONG LAND HOLDINGS LIMITED

COMPANY BOARD AND COMMITTEE CHANGES

Hongkong Land Holdings Limited (the ‘Company’) announces the following changes to the Board:

Ian Hawksworth will be appointed non-executive Chair of the Board, representing Jardine Matheson Holdings. He will succeed John Witt, who will step down as Chair and Director. Ian Hawksworth will also be appointed a member of the Board’s Nominations Committee and Investment Committee. These changes will be with effect from 20 November 2026.

Ian is Chief Executive of Shaftesbury Capital, a leading central London mixed-use REIT. He was previously Chief Executive of Capital & Counties Properties PLC which later merged with Shaftesbury. Prior to that, Ian was an executive director at Hongkong Land and Liberty International PLC. Ian is a chartered surveyor and has held a number of leadership roles in industry bodies including currently serving as the Urban Land Institute UK Chair.

Siddharth Khotkar will also join the Board as a non-executive Director with effect from 1 November 2026. He will be appointed a member of the Board’s Investment Committee. Siddharth’s appointment follows his appointment as Managing Director, Investments, Jardine Matheson on 1 October 2026. He has over two decades of experience in private equity, investment banking, and portfolio management. Before joining Jardine Matheson, Siddharth was Partner and Head of Australia & New Zealand Private Equity for PAG Asia Capital and has also held senior investment roles at TPG Capital.

Lincoln Pan will be appointed Chair of the Investment Committee, in succession to John Witt, with effect from 20 November 2026.

Lincoln Pan, Non-executive Director, Hongkong Land and Chief Executive Officer of Jardine Matheson said: “Ian has over 38 years’ experience in global real estate investment, development, asset and corporate management and is recognized for his excellence in developing senior leadership teams. Given his extensive experience he will be an excellent asset to the Board as Hongkong Land continues to execute its strategy as a focused, capital-efficient owner and manager of investment properties in our key markets.”
