The Company's subsidiary, Foxconn Singapore Pte Ltd, priced the corporate bonds ("Bonds") guaranteed by the Company in a total amount of JPY 101.9 billion under the Medium-Term Note programme.
The offering amount for tenor of 3 years with the fixed interest rate of 2.92%

is JPY 65.7 billion; for tenor of 5 years with the fixed interest rate of 3.28% is JPY 36.2 billion.
