The Company has been notified that on 29 May 2026 Ivan Schofield and his spouse (and therefore person closely associated) Helen Schofield sold a total of 89,991 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company. Following the sales (which included sales from family trust holdings), Ivan Schofield's total interest in shares in the Company (including shares held by his wife and various family trusts) is 92,400 shares (0.05% of issued share capital).
