Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 25 February 2026 that the Board recommended a final dividend of 35.9¢ per share to be paid, as approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 14 May 2026, to shareholders registered on 24 April 2026. Dividends will be paid in Sterling unless shareholders elect to be paid in US Dollars.  The Pound Sterling equivalent of the dividend is 26.74p per share and is based on the average USD/GBP exchange rate as published by the Bank of England for the five business days commencing on 19 May 2026 and ending on 26 May 2026.
