The Company also announces that on 24 July 2026 options were granted, pursuant to the Hiscox UK Sharesave Plan, an "all-employee" share plan, to Mr Paul Cooper, a PDMR, to acquire 1,228 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company at a price of £14.81 per Share.
