Hikma R&D Investor Spotlight Series

London, Tuesday 22 September 2026 - Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC ('Hikma' or 'Group'), the multinational pharmaceutical company, today announces it will host a series of three educational investor seminars on the Group's R&D strategy and capabilities.

Hikma is committed to increasing investment in R&D and aspires to spend around 5% to 6% of revenue on R&D going forward. The series will demonstrate how Hikma is strengthening its global pipeline to support the long-term growth of the business, with the right people, capabilities and vision in place to succeed. Each seminar will focus on one of the Hikma's three key R&D pillars:

-     20th October 2026, 14:00 BST: Group R&D and Respiratory, Nasal, Semi-Solids and Liquids

-     24th November 2026, 14:00 GMT: Solid Orals

-     16th December 2026, 14:00 GMT: Injectables

The hour-long sessions will be educational in nature, and no new material financial or trading information will be provided.

The next scheduled update on trading will be on 5 November 2026, in line with the Group's normal reporting timetable.
