Hikma appoints Rebecca Hall as Chief Financial Officer

London, 24 September 2026 - Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (Hikma) announces the appointment of Rebecca Hall as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director. Rebecca (Becky) will join Hikma in Q1 2027. Hikma will confirm the date of Becky's appointment in due course.

Becky joins Hikma from ViiV Healthcare, the global specialist HIV pharmaceutical company majority owned by GSK, with Shionogi as a shareholder, where she is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for finance, supply chain and business development. In 2025, ViiV Healthcare generated revenue of close to £8 billion and delivered 11% growth. Becky brings more than twenty years of experience from ViiV Healthcare and GSK, spanning pharmaceuticals and consumer products. She has also worked across three continents, having been based in London, the US, where she led ViiV Finance for North America, and Singapore, where she led Supply Chain Finance for Asia Pacific, Latin America and Middle East and North Africa.

As Hikma Group CFO, Becky will join the Board as an Executive Director, replacing Khalid Nabilsi who will step down from the Board on 31 December 2026. Khalid will continue to serve on the Executive Committee in his role as Deputy CEO, North America and Europe.

About Becky Hall

Becky spent the first fourteen years of her career at GSK, progressing through commercial, strategic, corporate and supply chain finance roles across the UK, Europe and emerging markets. She also served as Chief of Staff to the GSK Group CFO in the CEO Office.

Becky joined ViiV Healthcare in 2018 as Global Finance Controller and Commercial Strategy Finance lead, before moving to the US as Vice President and Head of North America Finance. She was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ViiV in 2024.  She holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Durham and qualified as a CIMA accountant in 2007.

Hikma confirms there is no further information required to be disclosed in relation to Rebecca Hall's appointment as a director pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.8R.
