Update on Publication of Annual Accounts and Recent Fundraising

The Company provides the following update regarding the publication of its outstanding annual accounts and associated corporate activity.

Between August 2025 and February 2026, the Company successfully raised a total of £67,000 in debt to fund professional fees associated with the preparation and audit of its annual accounts. The loans have a term of 12 months and bear interest at 10% per annum.

These funds have been used to engage the Company's auditors and other advisers necessary to finalise the accounts.

The preparation of the Company's 2024 annual accounts is now complete, and the Company expects to publish them shortly. The Company continues to work on its 2025 and 2026 annual accounts and is working closely with its advisers and the Financial Conduct Authority with the aim of restoring trading in its shares as soon as possible following publication.
