Notification of substantial Shareholding



The Company received notification on 8 August that 1st Policy London Limited,
part of D G & M B Conn and Associates, purchased 5,000 ordinary 25p shares in
Highcroft Investments on 7 August 2001. Following this purchase, the Company
was notified yesterday that D G & M B Conn Associates has a notifiable
interest in 470,206 ordinary 25p shares which represents approximately 9.1 per
cent of the issued share capital as at today's date.
