Notice of Annuals Results and Investor Presentation

HICL advises that it plans to announce its Annual Results for the year ended 31 March 2026 on Wednesday 27 May 2026.

There will be a results presentation for analysts at 09:30 on the day at the offices of InfraRed Capital Partners followed by a Q&A session. Institutional investors are invited to dial into a live webcast of the presentation, which will be uploaded to the HICL website shortly thereafter.

In addition, the Company will host a separate presentation for retail investors via the Investor Meet Company platform at 12:00 the same day. This presentation will be open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted in advance via the Investor Meet Company Platform dashboard up until 09:00 on the day before the meeting, or at any time during the live presentation.

Investors who already follow HICL on the Investor Meet Company platform will automatically be invited to the meeting.
